Shipping: available within New Zealand only

FREE shipping on all orders with New Zealand over $120 (excluding rural, furniture and large/heavy items)

Nationwide - $7.99 (excl rural, furniture and large items) 
All Rural Deliveries - $12.99 (excl furniture and large items)

RURAL: Rural shipments that have chosen a non-rural postage will not be shipped until the customer has paid the proper shipping amount.

We are no longer able to cover the difference if you select a non-rural delivery when Post Haste deem your address to be rural. Here is a link to their address checker page if you are unsure:

We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and because we generally keep stock on hand, we will endeavour to process & dispatch your order within two to four business days, and a little longer for rural deliveries or if we need to transfer stock between our two stores. Please note, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. All deliveries will be made by our preferred courier Castle Parcels/Post Haste.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.
