All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars, and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Due to many of our items being hand-made or 'last-one's", if we don’t have the item in stock, it may need to be made or sourced. If there is a delay we will contact you and let you know.
We also share our online inventory with our bricks and mortar stores, so there is a chance that a product sold online has also been sold in the shop at the same time. If that item is sold out, we will contact you straight away to offer a solution.
Please also specify whether you want your items to be gift-wrapped (this is a free service) and contain a small message from you (on a free gift tag).
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We take pride the in items we stock and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
If the item you have received is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receiving your item, including a photo if the fault is visible contact us immediately. You will need to return the item to us for inspection and we will organise a replacement (or credit) for you as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
We urge all customers to choose their purchases carefully as we are not obligated to exchange due to change of mind. Please contact us immediately on receipt of goods and we will discuss this with you. Athough we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact and returned within 14 days.

If you purchase or register online you will be added to our customer database. However if you wish to cancel at anytime, simply respond with “please remove” in the subject line. We will remove you before the next newsletter goes out.
